  • Yes! Berkshire Ridge always has a rain plan. If weather doesn’t cooperate, your ceremony can be held indoors in our reception space—and it’s just as breathtaking inside. You’ll still have a beautiful, romantic setting for your ceremony, while keeping guests comfortable and the day running smoothly. Rain doesn’t ruin the day at Berkshire Ridge… it simply changes the backdrop.

Also, ceremony switch can be decided as the weather develops… no need to make an ceremony change until it is absolutely necessary.

  • Absolutely. Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at Berkshire Ridge so the day is seamless for guests—and so you get maximum time enjoying the venue instead of traveling between locations.

  • At Berkshire Ridge, we want couples to feel relaxed—not rushed. We give you flexibility to plan your day and timeline in a way that fits your vision. Our event ending time is 11:00 PM. After the celebration, our team handles the venue clean-up, so you’re not stuck doing it at the end of the night. Couples simply gather and take any personal décor and belongings they want to keep.

  • Yes—accessibility matters deeply to us. Berkshire Ridge is handicap accessible throughout the venue, including access all the way to the ceremony space. If you have a guest with mobility needs, just let us know—we’re happy to help plan the smoothest arrival, seating, and ceremony setup so everyone feels comfortable and included.

  • Yes! We allow pets at Berkshire Ridge, and we love when couples include their dog in the ceremony and photos. We do recommend having a plan for your pet to be cared for afterward—such as a trusted friend, family member, or pet sitter—since loud music, lighting, and large crowds can be stressful for some dogs. This helps keep your pet calm and comfortable while allowing you to enjoy the rest of your celebration.

  • Many couples book 12–20 months in advance, especially for peak spring and fall Saturdays. If you’ve found your date, we recommend reaching out soon to secure it.

  • Yes, please do! We don’t limit communication—couples are welcome to text, call, or email anytime during the planning process. We’re here for you.

  • Yes! We’re happy to work with your budget and offer flexible payment options.

    • If you choose the standard payment option, 50% is due upfront, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the wedding.

    • If you prefer a payment plan, we require $1,000 down to reserve your date, and then we’ll create a monthly payment plan that works best for you and your timeline.

If you have questions about what makes the most sense for your situation, just reach out—we’re happy to help.

  • To reserve your wedding date at Berkshire Ridge, you’ll schedule a tour, choose your preferred date, and complete the booking process.
